Founder and President
Kim Miller
Our president and founder, Kim Miller, has more than 30 years’ experience in promotional, marketing and public relations management.
She has led PR and marketing teams for organizations of all sizes, including serving as Vice President of Marketing & Communications for Pollo Tropical, and as international spokesperson for fast food giant Burger King Corporation. She has worked for non-profit and government entities as well, bringing a well-rounded sensitivity to the opportunities and challenges of public-private arrangements
Our in-house team includes specialists in social media, event staffing, video production and integrated marketing.
We also offer a team of copywriters and graphic designers as well as contracted staffing specialists, podcast producers, and others to handle everything from video news releases to invitations for local store grand openings.
Brianne Barbakoff
VP Of Client Services
Brianne Barbakoff leads the New York office where she serves as the Vice President of Client Services.
She leads strategy and execution for brands including Ascent Hospitality Management, Atlanta Community Food Bank, Krispy Krunchy Chicken and more.
Brianne started at Ink Link Marketing as an intern many years ago and steadily moved up the ranks, she specializes in high-impact campaigns, earned media, and franchise marketing. She has led successful brand launches and earned media coverage in outlets such as Good Morning America, Forbes, and Women’s Daily. Known for her strategic thinking and hand-on leadership, she brings a results-driven, relationship-first approach. As a cum laude graduate of the University of Florida, Brianne holds a bachelor’s degree in Public Relations.

Her expertise includes B2B, B2C, and internal communications, with a proven track record in media relations, storytelling, and reporting. A Miami native, Jazlyn enjoys discovering new restaurants, playing the bass guitar (badly), attending concerts, watching films, and spending time with her rescue pups, Hannah and Montana. Jazlyn is a proud graduate of the University of Southern California with a BA in Public Relations.
